My name is Neil (Nahum) Spirn, and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, licensed in NY, NJ, and Florida.

I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship

and family issues, substance use, and chronic conditions that doctors can't explain, drawing on Internal Family Systems, CBT, and Mindbody work.

I have an eclectic approach to therapy; every client is unique and gets treated with a unique blend of modalities. Cognitive (how we think about things), behavioral (new ways of doing things), and insight-oriented (understanding ourselves and others better) approaches are all included.

I am especially attuned to hurtful/traumatic life experiences and offer tools to address the painful emotional and physical effects of such experiences.
