Great to meet you!

I'm an LCSW and Mindfulness Teacher who has a virtual practice serving all of Florida. I work with individuals who feel stuck and are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, anger, chronic illness, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

I've also been a HS counselor and college advisor in NY and an addictions therapist in South Florida.

I've received Masters degrees in Education in NY and Social Work in Buffalo.

My approach to therapy

I’m a good listener, easy going, and have a good sense of humor. I believe a collaborative approach works best.

I use CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman Method for couples counseling to help individuals improve their lives (all of which you can read more about on my website).

What you can expect from me

I will work closely with you to meet you where you are mentally and emotionally, to foster a sense of trust and safety, and help you achieve your personal goals.

Feel free to read some of my blogs where I offer anxiety- and stress-reduction tools and to book a free 15 consultation.
