Great to meet you!

I work with people struggling with substance abuse and mental illness across cultures, religions, genders, and SES. I can work with criminal recidivists struggling to adjust to society and first responders or veterans with PTSD. I utilize EMDR, CBT, Trauma-informed therapy, etc. We can gain insight into your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and find better ways to manage difficult emotions, relationships, and everyday struggles. I can also help you understand and manage your anger.
