Great to meet you!

If you’ve been carrying anxiety that won’t quiet down, grief that feels heavy, or relationships that leave you feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone. I specialize in helping people find relief, heal from painful experiences, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I provide trauma-informed counseling for youth and adults, using proven, evidence-based approaches. Together, we’ll work on calming the nervous system, processing past pain, and building coping skills that actually last. My clients describe me as compassionate, but also structured—someone who brings both warmth and a clear path forward.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a comfortable, judgment-free space for you to share what’s on your mind. I’ll ask about your background, current concerns, and what you hope to get out of therapy. Together, we’ll start identifying patterns, challenges, and strengths, and I’ll introduce some practical tools and strategies that may help you navigate what brought you to therapy.

The first session is also a chance for you to ask questions about how I work, what therapy might look like for you, and to get a sense of whether my approach feels like a good fit. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and with a clear sense of the next steps we’ll take together.

Reaching out can feel like a big step, but it can also be the start of real change. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk with you. Let’s connect and see if we’re a good fit.
