Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping people navigate the phase after medical treatment or recovery ends but life still doesn't feel right. As a licensed psychotherapist, brain tumor survivor, and breast cancer survivor, I understand the challenges that can remain long after others expect you to be "back to normal." Together, we'll address the emotional, cognitive, and nervous system impacts of illness, injury, and major life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself. Healing isn't about returning to who you were—it's about creating a life that feels whole again.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you're going through. I help people with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life changes, and recovery from illness or injury. Together, we build practical skills to manage stress, understand emotions, and feel more connected to yourself and your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you would like help with. I'll take time to get to know you, listen to your story, and answer any questions you have. Together, we'll begin creating goals and a plan that feels right for you. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
