I specialize in helping women of color overcome anxiety and trauma, empowering you to regain control of your life. You may not see yourself as a high-achiever, but others admire your accomplishments and seek your guidance. Despite this, stereotypes can lead to unwarranted self-doubt. I utilize client-centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and relaxation training to help clients reduce intrapersonal turmoil and journey toward healthy and individualized goals.

I support women of color in regaining confidence and control after being derailed by societal pressures, life experiences, or daily stressors. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, develop productive thinking, and achieve positive social adjustment and healing.
