Great to meet you!

Hey there! I am Dr. Lina Moffett a licensed professional counselor supervisor in the state of Texas. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington, my Master’s degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, and my doctorate in Community Care and Counseling from Liberty University. I help people navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity concerns, and relationship challenges in a supportive and judgment-free space.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and culturally responsive, helping clients build healthier ways to cope, grow, and move toward emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin with a conversation where we start digging into what you want to accomplish in our time together. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, the challenges you’re facing, your personal strengths, and what healing or growth looks like for you. My goal is to create a supportive, relaxed, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable showing up honestly and being yourself. Together, we’ll start identifying goals and practical steps that can help you move toward the changes you want to see in your life.
