Great to meet you!

If anxiety, depression, or life stress have left you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, you're not alone. I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, depression, men's issues, and life transitions while building confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. With experience in schools, community settings, and private practice, I understand that every person faces unique challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way of your goals, build practical coping skills, and develop strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and goal-oriented. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical solutions for everyday challenges. I believe therapy should be personalized to your unique needs and focused on creating lasting change. Together, we'll build on your strengths, identify helpful strategies, and work toward goals that feel meaningful and achievable.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and the goals you'd like to achieve. My priority is creating a welcoming and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and the next steps toward reaching your goals.
