Great to meet you!

Welcome to Reclaim Growth Psychological Services! As a Clinical Psychologist, I strive to create a space for safety, expression, and exploration. I can work with you to increase your awareness, utilize support, and develop skills to become a healthier version of yourself practicing a more sustainable way of living. I have several years of experience providing mental health care. I specialize in working with Millennial and Gen Z women (many who are helping professionals, high achievers and mothers) who are struggling with:

  • Always ensuring everyone else is well, even if that means sacrificing own well-being
  • Productivity or how others can benefit from their efforts is core piece of identity development
  • Asking for or needing help is viewed as a weakness
  • Feeling restrained by societal or cultural expectations
  • Experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, people-pleasing, burnout, guilt, declining health, poor boundaries with self and others, and lack of assertiveness, conflict resolution, and communication skills

My approach to therapy

At Reclaim Growth Psychological Services, I practice cultural awareness and sensitivity, allow clients to be themselves, utilize humor, seek healing through integrative approaches and holistic care, and provide collaborative, personalized treatment. The therapeutic approaches I utilize focus on developing a new mindset, emotional regulation skills, and skills to enhance relationships. They may help you to alter unhealthy behaviors, practice acceptance, have a more values-oriented lifestyle, understand the role that systems play in your life and more.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will be asking questions to develop a holistic perspective of the you and what brought you to therapy. I aim to have you leave feeling heard, validated and understood. During our work together, I will help you understand that you have power to chose to live the life desire. Or, we may focus on you letting out of some control to allow more peace into your life. Some of the goals I help clients accomplish include:

  • Recognize the need for freedom to live life rather than allowing fixed or poverty mindsets to limit one’s growth
  • Practice self-compassion to make room for resiliency when setbacks occur allowing one to continue their healing journey
  • Understand one’s identity outside of social roles (e.g., parent, sibling, caretaker, helping professional)
  • Recognize that self-worth and self-esteem is not based on productivity
  • Improve self-care practice and emotional regulation and prioritize one’s health (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual)
  • Learn and implement skills to have healthier relationships (e.g., with self, loved ones, colleagues, clients)
  • Reclaim one’s time, energy, space, growth, etc
