I am trauma-informed and use a wide range of therapeutic modalities as well as energy medicine to facilitate emotional growth and healing. I incorporated CBT, mindfulness, visualization and meditative practices including connection with the wounded inner child, I incorporate person-centered and heart-centered therapy, and EMDR.
