Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of Liberty University with a Master’s of Arts in Professional Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Texas and Virginia. I have over 12 years of experience providing therapy services to adults, with the goal of improving their mental health and quality of life. My education, experience, over 20 years of military service in the U.S. Army and my steadfast trust in God, has laid the foundation for me to assist those who are in need.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to create a safe space in my practice to allow those who have experienced the effects of mental illness; to include trauma, as a result of loss of a loved one, job, relationships and self-esteem.

Hope and Serenity is an innate wish for all of us as we navigate through life’s hurdles. As your therapist, I will walk alongside you to assist you in doing the work on issues, that may be presenting as problematic in your life; and help you to find hope, joy, self-love and serenity.

What you can expect from our first session

As your therapist, you can expect warmth, understanding and the tools necessary to navigate life issues.
