Great to meet you!

If you're looking for a therapist who honors your story, sees the systems around you, and supports your growth with compassion and curiosity, look no further. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I have had the privilege of working alongside extraordinary people, believing that people heal best when they feel seen. I value the concept of slowing down, breathing, and reconnecting with one's strengths. I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families, and I'm especially passionate about supporting people who juggle multiple roles or feel the weight of others' expectations. I have a bachelor's in human development and family studies, a master's in clinical mental health counseling, and I am currently working towards a doctorate degree in marriage and family therapy.

My approach to therapy

I'm a therapist who believes that healing happens in connection within ourselves, our families, and the larger systems we move through every day. My approach is rooted in natural systems thinking, which means I pay close attention not only to your individual experiences but also to the patterns, relationships, and environments that shape your life. I see people as whole, resourceful, and capable of growth, especially when they feel supported and understood. You're not a problem to be fixed, you're a whole person navigating complex systems.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is less of an interrogation and more of a conversation. While I'll ask questions to understand your history and the family system that shaped you, my primary goal is for us to begin building a foundation of trust. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy now, explore your goals, and, most importantly, see how it feels to work together.
