Great to meet you!

Hello!!!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 16 years of experience providing behavioral health services across the lifespan. I specialize in working with adults who have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), neurodivergent minds, relationship challenges, and those navigating major life transitions or high levels of stress.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon and completed my Master of Social Work at Portland State University in 2010. I became licensed in 2013 and have since worked in a wide range of settings, including residential mental health facilities, psychiatric care units, emergency departments, long-term care facilities, and in-home support services for older adults.

My approach to therapy is grounded in attachment theory and Family of Origin work, helping clients identify and heal the deeper roots of interpersonal difficulties. I have extensive experience supporting individuals coping with codependency, narcissistic or domestic abuse, and unhealthy relationship dynamics. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, tailoring my approach to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a safe non judgmental space where clients can expose their most authentic true self. I am very calm, non reactive and non directive, I will provide suggestions and help you identify what you feel would be helpful. I use trauma informed, attachment based, solution focused therapy to promote self compassion and increase motivation to bring change and build a sense of empowerment.
