Great to meet you!

Asking for help can feel harder when you've spent most of your life being the one who holds things together. I'm Neydi, a bilingual English and Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I work with individuals and families navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and substance use. These challenges rarely arrive alone and almost always connect back to our relationships, our families, and the communities we come from. Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and genuinely invested.

My approach to therapy

Our work together takes the whole picture into account. Not just what you're experiencing individually, but what's happening in your family system, your relationships, and the larger forces that have shaped your story. We figure out together what matters most and build toward it at a pace that works for you. I'm drawn especially to clients navigating trauma alongside grief or substance use, where what looks like one problem is often several things woven together. This tends to work well for individuals and families who want to understand the full context of what they're carrying, not just the surface symptoms.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect honesty, compassion, and collaboration. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what you're carrying, and where you want things to be different. Wherever you are, we can start there. All sessions are via telehealth. If this feels like the right fit, I'd love to connect.
