Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified School Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing mental health services to adults, adolescents, children, and families. I have experience working across clinical, medical, school and community settings. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and life transitions.

My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and practical skills that promote long-term emotional well-being and improved functioning at home, school/work, and in relationships.

I am currently taking new clients. You are welcome to book a free consultation or email me directly at [email protected].

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is strength and systems-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative, recognizing that meaningful change happens when individuals are supported in a way that aligns with where they are in their journey and also within the context of their families and environment. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and strengths.

What you can expect from me

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and am deeply committed to providing culturally responsive care in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.

Clients often describe my style as warm and collaborative. I view therapy as a partnership and am honored to walk alongside clients during times of growth and healing, recognizing that seeking support is a meaningful and courageous step.
