Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong educational background and extensive clinical experience. I specialize in supporting individuals across the lifespan with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel understood and supported. I believe in empowering clients to take an active role in their care, and I’m committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I take the time to understand your personal story, experiences, and goals, and then work with you to create a treatment plan that feels right for you. I strive to provide care that is compassionate, empathetic, and practical—helping you not only manage symptoms but also build skills and confidence to improve your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment. We’ll talk through your current concerns, past experiences, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. I’ll ask questions to better understand your mental health history and overall wellness, and together we’ll begin to set personalized goals. My priority is to make you feel comfortable and heard, while starting to build a foundation for care that feels collaborative and empowering.
