Great to meet you!

“I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in nursing and behavioral health. I specialize in providing compassionate, patient-centered care to adults and older adults dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions.

I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. I take time to carefully assess your concerns and work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals.

My approach combines medication management with education and practical strategies to help you feel more in control of your mental health. I also have experience working with patients who have complex medical and psychiatric conditions.

If you’re looking for a provider who listens, cares, and partners with you in your journey, I would be honored to support you.”

My approach to therapy

“I help patients understand their symptoms, find the right medications if needed, and develop a plan to feel more stable, calm, and in control of their daily lives.”

What you can expect from me

“In our first session, we will take time to get to know you and understand what brought you in. I will ask questions about your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, and any medications you may be taking.

This is a relaxed and judgment-free space, so you can share at your own pace. My goal is to listen carefully and make sure you feel heard and understood.

By the end of the session, we will discuss an initial treatment plan, which may include medication options (if appropriate), therapy recommendations, and practical next steps to support your goals. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and be actively involved in your care.”
