Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice—I’m glad you’re here. I am Dr. Ngozi Eboru, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in nursing and mental health care.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, explore your concerns, and work toward improved emotional and mental well-being. I value collaboration and will partner closely with you to develop care that reflects your individual needs and supports meaningful, lasting progress.

My approach to therapy

I tailor each treatment plan to your individual needs and goals. My approach includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive or psychodynamic therapy. I value collaboration and believe meaningful progress happens when we work together. My goal is to empower you through thoughtful guidance, appropriate treatment, and compassionate support throughout your mental wellness journey.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. We will take time to understand your concerns, symptoms, personal and medical history, and treatment goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, allowing us to develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood changes, stress, or other mental health concerns, my goal is to help you feel heard, gain clarity, and better understand your symptoms and treatment options.

Initial psychiatric evaluations typically last approximately 60 minutes and include a comprehensive assessment of your emotional, mental, and physical health. We will also discuss possible diagnoses, medication options when appropriate, and therapeutic recommendations.
