Great to meet you!

I'm a neurodiverse-affirming therapist with a background shaped by my immigrant upbringing and over two decades in the U.S. Originally from NYC, I now practice in Arizona, blending cultural sensitivity with practical experience. My empathetic approach supports all cognitive styles, integrating creative techniques and pop culture into therapy. I'm committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their identities and navigate challenges with confidence.

My approach to therapy

As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I help clients explore the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, identifying areas for recalibration to achieve desired outcomes. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I guide clients to accept thoughts without judgment, practice mindfulness, and commit to value-based actions. Additionally, I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand and heal their internal landscape, fostering self-compassion and balance.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting will help us understand what brings you to therapy and set the foundation for our work. I'll review my practice, set expectations, and get your consent. We'll discuss your concerns, coping strategies, and background, and set treatment goals to guide our sessions. I’ll provide action steps or exercises to support your growth between sessions. My aim is to create a supportive space where you feel valued and understood.
