Great to meet you!

If you’ve been living with pain that wears you down and leaves you feeling alone in it, I can help. Therapy with me is warm, direct, and deeply human. I’ll meet you with compassion, and I’ll also be honest with you, even when it’s hard. I am not a therapist who will sweet-talk you out of your reality or ask you to “positive-think” your way out of suffering. I believe that clarity, when held with compassion, can be one of the most transformative things we offer ourselves and each other. My focus is to create a space where all parts of you feel seen, so that through pain, you can find more steadiness, freedom, and connection.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in chronic pain, grief and loss, trauma-related concerns, attachment wounds, and relationship issues. I use a tailored, integrative approach grounded in psychodynamic therapy. Therapy is shaped around you, not my agenda. So our work adapts to your goals, your pace, and what you need.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling ready, I’d welcome the chance to connect for a brief consultation. We can talk about what you’re carrying, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

We'll explore what's underneath your pain and patterns, and we'll translate those insights into day-to-day change. My style is warm, direct, and responsive to your evolving needs, so that each session counts. Together, we will make space for what hurts and build a steadier life: clearer boundaries, stronger coping, healthier relationships, and choices aligned with who you’re becoming.
