Great to meet you!

My name is Ngwi Etiendem, my friends call me Dr. ET. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my family, tending to my garden, or relaxing with my dog, Paris. That love for watching things grow shapes how I work with my clients: with deep empathy, humbleness, and zero judgment. My goal is to offer you a warm, secure sanctuary where you can feel safe sharing your story and step into your own strength.

My approach to therapy

I view care as a true partnership. My goal in every session is to offer a safe, grounding environment where you feel fully heard and supported, not judged. I listen deeply to understand your story and challenges, blending clinical expertise with a warm, humble approach. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution, I walk alongside you to cultivate resilience and help you navigate life with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where you never have to pretend to have it all together. We will take time to discuss what brought you in, review your health background, and explore what healing looks like for you. Our main goal will be to create a safe foundation and map out a clear, individualized plan so you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about your next steps.
