Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping children, teens, and parents navigating Autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, executive functioning challenges, and parenting stress. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative, helping families build coping skills, confidence, connection, and meaningful daily progress. I especially enjoy working with high-functioning children and adolescents who struggle with social skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning skills, and day-to-day functioning, including homeschool families seeking additional support and guidance.

Parenting, anxiety, and navigating ASD or ADHD can feel overwhelming and isolating at times. You do not have to figure it all out alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where children, teens, and parents feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based behavioral and cognitive approaches tailored to each child and family. Treatment may include ABA-based behavior interventions, reinforcement, shaping, and Behavioral Skills Training for social skills. For anxiety, I incorporate ACT and CBT strategies. I also provide parent coaching and parent-child interaction techniques to strengthen relationships and improve behavior.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on understanding your concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. Together, we will identify objective and measurable goals so we can clearly track progress over time. I also work to ensure clients and families leave with a better understanding of the challenges at hand, practical next steps, and a clear plan for treatment moving forward.
