Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Niamh ( pronounced Neve). I work with dreamers, perfectionists, those that feel stuck or unheard, underappreciated or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are pregnant or in the postpartum period. I also work with many clients that work in the tech industry, college students, therapists, aviation professionals, authors, and artists. The issues that my clients primarily have are related to depression, anxiety, burn-out and relationship stress.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I utilize Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. I believe every client’s needs are different and there is no “one-size fits all” approach. I love to provide journalling prompts to clients and am quite direct with questions. In therapy, we will address past issues, present, while looking forward to the future as well.

What you can expect from me

I believe that healing begins in a safe space. A place you can feel comfortable to grow, to explore, to reflect, and change. In your sessions with me, you should expect a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental person to accompany you on your journey through therapy.
