Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are ready to work through patterns that no longer serve them, especially around family, relationships, and the deeper question of who they are outside of what they were taught to be. Many of my clients grew up in homes where their emotional needs weren't fully met or understood, and they're now sorting through what that means for how they attach, trust, and show up in adult relationships. I work with clients across the LGBTQ+ community and am affirming of all gender identities and sexual orientations.

My approach to therapy

I use an attachment-based, psychodynamic approach, which means we spend real time looking at your early relationships and how they shaped the beliefs you carry into adulthood, then connect that directly to what's happening in your life now. I'll point out patterns as they show up in real time, ask questions that push past the surface answer, and give you concrete things to notice or try between sessions. My goal is for you to leave each session with more clarity than you came in with.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time on your story, what's brought you to therapy now, and what you're hoping is different on the other side of this work. From there, we will create a framework to work from that will make these goals a reality for you. I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is necessary for growth and allows access to true therapeutic work.
