Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nikki! I’m a neurodivergent-affirming therapist licensed in South Carolina and Florida. I specialize in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck—especially those navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself—how your mind works, how your emotions show up, and how your past experiences shape your present—so you can move through life in a way that actually fits you, not just what’s expected of you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and practical. I integrate approaches like cognitive reframing, mindfulness, and meaning-making with deeper exploration of patterns, identity, and lived experience.

Together, we’ll look at both the “why” behind your thoughts and behaviors and the “what now”—building tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. My work is especially supportive for neurodivergent clients, and I approach therapy through a lens that honors your brain, rather than trying to “fix” it.

I often follow a free-flowing, goal-oriented format, while still allowing space for structure when needed, processing, and real-life application.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and real. I show up as both a guide and a collaborator—someone who will validate your experiences while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

In our work together, you can expect:

  • A neurodivergent-affirming, identity-respecting space
  • Support with emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-understanding
  • Honest, compassionate feedback (not just nodding along)
  • Practical tools alongside deeper insight
  • A pace that respects your capacity and needs
