Great to meet you!

Toxic dynamics can make strong, capable women question themselves in ways that are hard to explain to other people.I specialize in working with women who are dealing with toxic relationships, emotional manipulation, and environments that leave them drained, anxious, or constantly second-guessing themselves. That includes romantic relationships, family dynamics, friendships, and even the workplace.

My work is not about teaching you to tolerate more or communicate better with people who consistently cross the line. It’s about helping you recognize what’s happening in real time, understand your patterns, and respond in a way that protects your peace.

I’m a PhD-level clinician, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).

I’ve spent years helping clients identify harmful behavioral patterns, break cycles, and build stronger internal boundaries that actually hold under pressure.

Clients typically come to me when:

  • They feel stuck in draining or one-sided relationships
  • They’re dealing with manipulation, gaslighting, or control
  • They struggle with boundaries and follow-through
  • They feel emotionally exhausted, anxious, or constantly on edge
  • They’re high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed underneath

In our work together, you’ll gain clarity, strengthen your responses, and stop getting pulled into the same cycles.

This is a direct, honest space. We’re not here to sugarcoat what’s happening—we’re here to help you see it clearly and handle it differently.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, but respectful, insight-driven, and focused on helping clients recognize toxic patterns, strengthen boundaries, and respond in ways that protect their peace. I integrate trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and real-time pattern recognition to help clients move from confusion to clarity.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting clear.

We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what’s been weighing on you, and where you’re feeling stuck. I’ll ask direct, focused questions to understand your situation and start identifying patterns—especially in relationships, stress, and any dynamics that may be draining you.

This is not a session where you have to have everything figured out or say things perfectly. You show up as you are, and we work from there.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what we’re working on and how we’re going to approach it.
