Great to meet you!

My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed and isolated in their experiences, but after working together, they often feel more empowered and less alone. My Caribbean heritage has shaped my worldview and instilled in me a strong sense of compassion. By drawing on the wisdom of our ancestors and the strength of our communities, we can navigate life's challenges with resilience and hope. I specialize in supporting clients who feel as if they are barely holding it together.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a warm and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing their most challenging truths. By using a person-centered approach, I help clients to uncover their own unique strengths and develop the tools they need to thrive.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will begin the Intake process by completing a questionnaire so that I can gain a better understanding of the help that you need
