Great to meet you!

Choosing a psychiatrist is about finding someone with the experience, availability, and approach that fits your needs. As a board-certified psychiatrist with nearly a decade of experience, I provide comprehensive telepsychiatric care for adults throughout California, with flexible evening and weekend appointments to fit busy schedules. My practice offers a broad range of treatment options, including medication management, integrative psychiatry, metabolic psychiatry, and advanced treatments for more complex or treatment-resistant conditions—all delivered in a private, confidential, physician-led setting.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe psychiatric treatment should be rushed or based on a checklist. My goal is to understand not only your symptoms, but also the biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to them. Rather than simply adding medications, I focus on making thoughtful, well-reasoned decisions and explaining the rationale behind every recommendation so you can feel informed and confident throughout the treatment process. When appropriate, I also incorporate nutrition, sleep, exercise, metabolic health, and other evidence-based strategies that support long-term mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is designed to provide clarity—not just another prescription. We'll spend time understanding your concerns, reviewing what has and hasn't worked in the past, and discussing your goals for treatment. By the end of the visit, you'll have a clearer understanding of your diagnosis, an opportunity to ask questions, and a personalized treatment plan with practical next steps. I want every patient to leave feeling that they finally have a physician who has taken the time to understand their situation and develop a thoughtful path forward.
