Great to meet you!

You've always handled things. You push through and keep going. But lately something isn't working. Maybe you're angrier than you want to be. Maybe you feel disconnected from people you love. Maybe you don't even know what's wrong. You just know you're tired of feeling this way. Most therapy wasn't built with men in mind. A lot of guys try it once, feel like it doesn't fit, and never go back. That's not a personal failure. It's a mismatch. I work differently. Sessions feel like a real conversation. We work on what's actually happening in your life and find ways to change it, not just cope.

I work with adults and teenagers. If your teenage son is shutting you out or acting out, telling him to talk about his feelings isn't landing. Boys this age need someone who gets how they think and earns their trust before they're willing to accept help. That's the work I do.

Reaching out isn't weakness. It's deciding something needs to change and doing something about it. I accept Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and private pay. Currently accepting new clients virtually. Give me a call or send me a message. The first step is just a conversation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, intentional, and practical, emphasizing insight and skill-building to support progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel welcoming, collaborative, and low-pressure. We’ll spend time getting to know what’s bringing you in, what you’ve tried before, and what you’re hoping might be different. Clients often leave the first session with a clearer understanding of their challenges, a sense of direction, and one or two concrete insights or skills they can begin using right away.
