My approach to therapy

Because there is no cookie cutter approach that works for everyone, I use an integrative approach to therapy while mostly leaning on the use of CBT and person-centered techniques.

What you can expect from me

My typical course of treatment includes gathering information to better understand your issues, creating a treatment plan together, and then working through that plan to help you achieve your goals. I strive to create a safe environment to allow you to help gain insight and healthier coping skills to manage your issues.
