Great to meet you!

I help individuals and couples reach their mental health goals and step into fuller, more authentic lives. Many of my clients begin therapy feeling weighed down by low self-worth—and leave with a greater sense of calm, clarity, and confidence. Clients often share that their racing thoughts have quieted, they feel more at ease, and for the first time, they are experiencing true contentment.

My approach to therapy

I offer a person-centered, trauma-informed approach grounded in EMDR, an evidence-based treatment for trauma. I also integrate CBT, somatic psychotherapy, and other tailored methods. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, and life transitions in a safe, affirming space.

What you can expect from me

I believe you are the expert of your experience. My role is to walk alongside you—offering tools, building trust, and supporting your healing. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and body-based experiences with care, curiosity, and connection to self and community.
