Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping others to navigate life’s challenges. I have experienced firsthand the healing and personal growth that is possible when working with a supportive therapist. I consider it an honor and privilege to help others on their own path of healing, self-acceptance, and behavioral change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a balanced approach to therapy, meeting individuals wherever they are in their journey of positive mental health. Sometimes that involves examining the past through a psychodynamic lens; other times taking a here-and-now, solution-focused, or mindfulness-based approach.

What you can expect from our first session

During our first session, you can expect an introduction, a discussion of your life history as well as the current reason you are seeking therapy, and a collaborative discussion to set treatment goals. I believe goal setting is most effective when the client and therapist work together to address those things the client identifies as most important. I will help to craft goals that are specific, measurable, and realistic.
