Great to meet you!

I LOVE what I do, and have been invested in this work years before it became a career. Professionally, I have over 15 years of experience, and have worked with everyone from the busy, corporate professional, recently divorced mother, to the individual fighting to maintain sobriety. I value authenticity and creating a judgement free space for clients. I have a Ph.D. from the University of Houston, where my researched focused on healthy relationships. I also have a Masters of Social Work from the University of Texas, Arlington.

My approach to therapy

Counseling is an intimate process, and can bring to light aspects of our lives that we have intentionally shielded from public view. Here, in closed corners, many of us struggle with loneliness, broken relationships, paralyzing fears, unmet expectations, and questions about our purpose. This is also where our most profound healing occurs. It’s scary. It’s nerve wrecking. But taking that first step is always worth it.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a judgement free environment, that is both supportive and challenging. Clients can also expect to be themselves, while growing into a better version at the same time.
