Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Hakomi graduate specializing in somatic therapy, trauma, relationships, intimacy, and nervous-system regulation. I work with adults and couples who are ready to move beyond simply understanding their patterns and begin experiencing meaningful change in how they feel, connect, and move through the world.

My work is especially suited for people who have learned to hold everything together on the outside, while their bodies continue to carry the weight of stress, past experiences, or relationship wounds. Together, we create space to slow down, listen to what your body and emotions are communicating, and explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more secure in your relationships, and better able to move through life with a greater sense of ease, choice, and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, relational, and body-centered. In our work together, we pay attention not only to your thoughts and the stories you tell yourself, but also to what is happening beneath the surface—your breath, tension, impulses, emotions, and the patterns your body may be holding. I believe the body often carries experiences that we cannot fully understand through words alone, and learning to listen to those signals can create new opportunities for healing and change.

My style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I’ll meet you with curiosity and understanding while also helping you gently notice the patterns, protective responses, or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. The goal isn’t to fix what is “wrong” with you, but to understand what your nervous system has learned in order to protect you and why those responses may no longer be serving you. Together, we’ll create the safety and awareness needed to explore new ways of responding, relating, and experiencing yourself so that change can be felt—not just understood.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down and get curious about what's really happening beneath the surface. We'll talk about what brings you in, what you've tried, and what you want to be different. You'll get a feel for how I work, and we'll begin identifying the patterns and places where change may be possible. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, grounded, and with a clearer sense of where we might go together.
