Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who shows up — fully. I don’t sit back and just listen; I stay engaged, ask thoughtful (sometimes direct) questions, and work collaboratively to help you move forward. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen, valued, and supported in our work together — like they matter. That’s not an accident. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful tool for healing.

I also bring lived experience into the room. As a gay man and someone who has worked through complex trauma personally, I understand the importance of safe, affirming, and spacious therapy. I know what it means to carry parts of yourself that have long been hidden, and I consider it a privilege to support others in exploring theirs.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but I take an integrative approach tailored to each client. No two people are the same — and therapy shouldn’t be either.

My style is direct but grounded in empathy and curiosity. I work well with people who appreciate honest reflection and want a therapist who will challenge them while also offering consistent support. I hold space for complexity and don't shy away from the harder, messier parts of the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself — not just insight, but tools. We'll identify patterns, increase your capacity for emotional regulation, and strengthen your sense of agency. Over time, the goal is for you to feel more grounded, more connected to who you are, and more empowered to navigate your life with clarity and intention.

Whether you're untangling trauma, exploring identity, or confronting long-standing patterns, therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are welcome — and where real, meaningful change is possible.
