Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Nicholas Iadevaio, LMHC — a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a lecture. I've spent my career helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and the big life changes that can leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is warm, collaborative, and judgment-free — we'll work together at your pace to find what actually works for you. Whether you're starting a new chapter or just trying to quiet the noise in your head, I'd love to help you get there.

My approach to therapy

I work best when I can slow down and really understand the meaning you've made from your experiences — because those personal interpretations often shape how we see everything happening in our lives right now. My style is warm, curious, and conversational; I ask a lot of questions, not to put you on the spot, but to help us uncover patterns and perspectives worth exploring. Whatever brings you in, my goal is to help you feel truly understood and to give you a clearer sense of what you want next.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are all about easing in. We'll spend our time getting acquainted — I'll want to hear what's bringing you in, what you're hoping to change, and a little about the experiences that have shaped you along the way. There's no right way to show up; some people come with a lot to say, others are still figuring out where to start, and both are completely okay. You can expect a calm, welcoming space and an honest conversation about how we might work together moving forward.
