I specialize in both individual and family therapy. I use an integrative cognitive-behavioral approach that blends different kinds of therapies through the filter of cognitive behavioral theory. It is my belief that by examining and changing our thoughts and behaviors, we can increase our overall quality of life. I use a warm, compassionate, and assertive approach to assist clients on their journey for change.
