Great to meet you!

I have seven years of experience working with clients struggling with a wide range of issues/diagnoses. I am passionate about helping survivors of trauma living with post-traumatic stress and dissociative disorders, including single/multiple traumatic events, and complex-post traumatic stress. I also have specialized in helping those living with ADHD, those struggling with anxiety, and those who are dealing with relationship issues. I pride myself on being compassionate, nonjudgmental and direct to help survivors of trauma recover through the use of EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, and DBT strategies.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, the systems that you are/were in that impact your mental health, and empower you to create changes that improve your mental health and create lasting changes. I use a warm, direct and interactive approach to help explore what is bringing you in, and the other issues that come up along the way.

What you can expect from me

When working together, you can expect to always be met with kindness and empathy, and without judgement; to be armed with skills and knowledge so you can be successful; to be challenged to understand yourself and your emotions; and to have someone to help you through the process of growth!
