Great to meet you!

Hey there, my name is Nick and I am an Orange County native. I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years. I studied psychology as an undergrad, and then went on to gain more formal education with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Currently, I am in private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on helping other men improve their mental health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I think therapy is a collaborative process that is unique to each individual. My goal is to support each of my clients in the way that they need me to. Sometimes this means teaching tools and techniques, sometimes this means exploring painful memories, but almost always we are having honest conversations that respect your experiences and provide ways for you to grow.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you and learn about your experiences. I strive to meet people where they are at and gain an understanding of how they got there. From there, we can begin to identify the next steps.
