Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. My approach is rooted in person-centered care, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and LGBTQIA+ identity and experiences, meeting clients where they are in their personal journeys. My goal is to provide individualized, collaborative care that honors each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals, helping them navigate challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I understand that reaching out for support can be daunting; that’s why I strive to make my clients as comfortable throughout the process as possible. I draw from several treatment modalities to ensure that my clients can take full advantage of the therapy experience. We will collaboratively develop a plan tailored to your specific needs. I value empathy, transparency, humor, and vulnerability throughout the process and believe it is important you feel heard and understood.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with a 10-15 minute intro call to see if we are a good fit and follow this with an initial session where we collaboratively identify goals and recognize what you hope to gain from therapy. I love working with clients hoping to gain insight and build on motivation to improve various areas of their life and functioning.
