My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is centered on developing trust and understanding while building a foundation that allows for growth. I recognize that each individual is unique and will face their mental health challenges through their own experiences and I seek to guide each individual as they navigate their healing process. As we traverse through the human experience together I seek to utilize evidence based practices and modalities so you may find harmony and balance within your humanity.

What you can expect from me

The goal of each session is to better understand the complexity of each individual's unique mental health problems while compassionately formulating a treatment plan to minimize distress. 1st and foremost it is important to formulate a working diagnostic impression while discussing the various evidence based treatment options that have been successfully shown to minimize distress and improve lives.
