I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri-St Louis. I have 27 years of clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and relationship issues.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems theory. I also integrate trauma-informed and culturally responsive care to support clients in a way that is both structured and empathetic. I have a particular interest and experience in working with multiracial families and individuals navigating cultural identity and complex family dynamics.
