Nichole Cardona

I believe that our greatest ability as humans is our compassion. I've worked in rural settings, community health clinics and have experience serving those from all walks of life. I am a therapist who has done the work and continues to learn and grow. As part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I continue to advocate both personally and professionally.

My approach to therapy is primarily relational, person-centered, and trauma informed. I believe that to heal, we first need to get curious. Through that curiosity, one will gain the knowledge and self-awareness to initiate positive change. I would be honored to support you!
