My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in a developmental lens, which allows me to view presenting problems through the context of an individual’s life stages and experiences. I believe that many challenges arise from unresolved issues that stem from earlier stages of development. By identifying where one may feel stuck, we can collaboratively explore and process this unfinished business. Together, we uncover the underlying patterns or experiences that may be contributing to their current struggles.

What you can expect from me

Through this process, I aim to create a safe and supportive space for clients to gain insight, heal, and take actionable steps toward the changes they desire. My role is to guide and empower clients as they work toward growth, self-awareness, and the resolution of challenges that may be holding them back from living their fullest, most authentic lives."
