Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Nicki Hartigan, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Associate Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable exploring concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationships, and substance use.

I believe that therapy works best when you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and many others. Whether you're working through emotional difficulties, seeking personal growth, or making changes in your relationship with substances, I am here to help you build practical skills, gain insight, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals so I can better understand how to support you.

My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and respected. Together, we'll identify what you'd like to work on and begin developing a plan tailored to your needs. Whether you're seeking support for mental health concerns, life stressors, relationship challenges, or substance use, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
