For more than 14 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside a diverse community of professionals carrying immense responsibility including faith leaders, medical providers, nurses, dentists, first responders, law enforcement officers, teachers, pharmacists, farmers, and individuals in complex or stigmatized professions. Many of these high-capacity individuals silently carry the weight of burnout, trauma exposure, moral injury, and the emotional demands of leadership.

My work centers on providing a safe, clinically sound, and faith-informed space where professionals can process mental health challenges, strengthen identity, and restore emotional and spiritual alignment while navigating the pressures of their calling. I believe that healing happens through wise counsel, collaborative care, and compassionate accountability helping clients move from survival into clarity, resilience, and lasting victory.
