Great to meet you!

Nichole Jackson take a collaborative, strengths-based approach. My goal is to help you build practical skills while also understanding yourself more deeply. I believe you’re the expert on your own experience, and I’m here to support that process. I’m a licensed therapist with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I’ve worked with individuals, families, and couples for several years on strengthening relationships and improving communication. I strive to create a space where you can be fully yourself. I’ll always be honest, compassionate, and focused on what helps you move toward your goals. Therapy can bring up hard emotions at times, and that’s normal. I want you to tell me if something doesn’t feel helpful — we’ll adjust together.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to express themselves. My style is collaborative; I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to explore your experiences and challenges. I emphasize open communication and encourage clients to share their thoughts on the process, ensuring that our work aligns with your unique needs and goals. (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Practices, Trauma-Informed Care, Relationship and Family Dynamics.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you and your goals. I’ll ask some questions to understand what’s bringing you in and what you hope to change or strengthen. I’ll also explain how therapy works, go over confidentiality, and answer any questions you have. There’s no pressure — we’ll move at your pace and start building a foundation for our work together.
