Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist takes courage, and I'm glad you're here. I'm a licensed clinical therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting adults, children, and families through life's challenges. I am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders using a compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based approach. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward healing and lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

I draw on a mix of approaches and tailor them to what you actually need. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps untangle thought patterns that keep you stuck. Psychodynamic work explores how your past shapes your present. And a strength-based lens keeps the focus on what is already working in your life. Sessions feel collaborative and conversational: I ask questions, share observations, and always follow your lead.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll ask about what brought you here, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping feels different. There's no pressure to share everything at once. By the end, most people leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and with a clearer sense of what we'll work on together.
