Great to meet you!

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming and went on to receive my master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Gerontology from the State University of New York Albany. My practice is exclusively through video telehealth, allowing me to connect with clients from the comfort of their own spaces.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from under 10 years old to those in their late 80s, across diverse backgrounds and cultures. My professional journey has taken me through various settings, including outpatient mental health, inpatient hospitals, and crisis services in emergency departments.

My approach to therapy

I employ an eclectic therapeutic approach, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based and solution-focused therapy. Additionally, I incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to tailor my approach to each unique individual.

What you can expect from me

I believe that every person is unique and deserves a personalized approach to therapy. My goal is to provide a style that best fits each person I work with, helping them discover their strengths and achieve their personal goals. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, or addiction, I'm here to support you on your journey to healing and self-discovery.
