Great to meet you!

Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, or addiction, I'm here to support you on your journey to healing and self-discovery. I believe that every person is unique and deserves a personalized approach to therapy. My goal is to provide a style that best fits each person I work with, helping them discover their strengths and achieve their personal goals.

I've had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from under 10 years old to those in their late 80s, across diverse backgrounds and cultures. My professional journey has taken me through various settings, including outpatient mental health, inpatient hospitals, and crisis services in emergency departments.

My approach to therapy

I employ an eclectic therapeutic approach, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based and solution-focused therapy. Additionally, I incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to tailor my approach to each unique individual.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a laid-back, judgment-free space where you can share your story at your own comfortable pace. Together, we will gently explore what brought you to therapy and clarify what you hope to get out of our time together. Most importantly, my goal is to leave you feeling heard, encouraged, and confident about the collaborative journey ahead.
