Great to meet you!

It is my passion to help others navigate, prioritize and address their mental health. I have been working in the field for almost ten years, graduating with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, person centered and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that you are the expert of your experiences and that I can provide guidance and tools to increase one's overall well being. My specializations are working with children and adolescents, as well as adults with family conflict and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Clients that I work with typically find that the safe, non-judgmental space that I provide, increases their ability to dive deeper and increase effective outcomes for their mental health. This often includes psychoeducation that fosters self awareness, in addition to evidence based coping strategies to implement in their daily lives.
